The owner of this tailor shop clearly takes pride in his business, as the entire store is impeccable. A wide variety of fabrics, threads, tools, dyes, and completed (and half-completed) clothing is arrayed around the room, all in order.
At a workbench in the back sits the tailor himself, a man named Ned. He diligently works when you enter the store, but if you approach him or show an interest in something he'll start a conversation.
You can hear the bustle of the market street from the entrance, drawing you back out into the crowds.
